Embrea Bed & Breakfast Booking Terms & Conditions

Thank you for choosing to book with Embrea Bed & Breakfast. We look forward to welcoming you. By making this booking you are entering an agreement with us. Please read our terms and conditions of booking below.

Booking

A valid credit or debit card is required. Your credit card details are used purely to secure your reservation. You will pay Embrea Bed and Breakfast during your stay using card or cash unless other wise agreed.

Pets

Sorry, we do not allow pets at this property.

Acceptance of Children

We welcome well behaved children of all ages. (Family rooms sleep children up to max age of 12) We do not provide cots or travel cots.

Cancellation Policy

A credit / debit card is required to secure your reservation at Embrea Bed & Breakfast. There will be no cancellation charge if a booking is cancelled before 2pm, 48hrs (2 days) before your date of arrival. If the booking is cancelled later, or in the case of a no-show, the first night will be charged.

Non-availability of Accommodation

We would only cancel a booking if your accommodation was unavailable for reasons beyond our control. We would however attempt to offer you alternative accommodation. If this was not possible, or unacceptable to you, then we would refund all monies paid by you for the booking. Our liability would not extend beyond this refund.

Arrival

Your accommodation will be available to you from 2pm on the day of arrival, unless otherwise arranged. We may not be able to accommodate you if you arrive earlier than the agreed time as we may be busy preparing your room.

Late Arrival Procedure

Please ensure you contact us no later than 7pm to let us know if you will be arriving late. Failure to notify us may result in the room being re-let.

Departure

Please be ready to leave the accommodation by 10am on the day of departure, unless otherwise arranged.

Damages and Breakages

Please take care when staying in our property. You are responsible and liable for any breakages or damages, which you cause, to the accommodation or its contents. All we ask is that you report any incidents as they occur. We do not normally charge for minor breakages, but we may send you an invoice for repair or making good if the damage or breakage is significant.

Smoking

Embrea Bed & Breakfast is non-smoking. Any bedrooms tainted by residual tobacco odours will be specially cleaned and aired over a 24-hour period and all charges resulting from this, both actual and loss of business (at prevailing B&B rates) will be charged to the credit card given to secure the booking.

Conditions of stay

We reserve the right to terminate your booking immediately without being liable for any refund or compensation where you engage in unacceptable behaviour that causes a disturbance or nuisance to other guests.

Liability

We do not accept any liability for any damage, loss or injury to any member of your party or any vehicles or possessions, unless proven to be caused by a negligent act by ourselves or our employees or contractors whilst acting in the course of employment.

Any data collected during the course of this booking may be stored on our computer(s). We will not share your details with any third party. No Credit or debit card details are stored on any computer at Embrea Bed & Breakfast.
