Our Location

Embrea is located almost exactly one mile from the centre of Devizes on the A342 road towards Chippenham.

We are situated within walking distance of the famous flight of locks at Caen Hill on the Kennet and Avon Canal. A walk from these locks into Devizes Wharf is a must on a nice sunny day. There are two Public Houses, both offering good food, within fifteen minutes walk.

A bus service operates from immediately outside the property and runs regularly between Chippenham, Calne and Devizes.

We are situated approximately 1 mile from Devizes town centre on the A342 towards Chippenham before entering the village of Rowde and will be found on the left-hand side of the road.

From M4

From M4 junction 17 proceed to Chippenham and follow A4 towards Calne. At Pewsham, just past the Lysley Arms Public House, turn right signposted Devizes and follow the A342

This will eventually take you through the village of Rowde and you should proceed through the village towards Devizes. We are situated on the right hand side of the road, just after the end of village speed limit.
